Wait a minute. Are you saying the button on the side of the AF-540FGZ is
supposed to control the head swiveling?
Tilting. Normally it goes from straight up to 90 degrees. If you press
the grey side-button it will tilt down a few degrees. This allows it
to hit the center of an umbrella when mounted on an umbrella holder.
Mine does that. I was wondering for a minute if the button was also
supposed to control the swivel.
