Tilt, rather than swivel. I should also apologize, it seems the I had a total brainfart and for some reason was remembering the button on the side as being necessary to release the head for any tilt. I.e. I thought it needed to be pressed to unlock it no matter what position it was in. This middle age is getting bad.
