Wendy, I think the best fungus protection you have is the great white north. <g> Even here in Chicago, the air holds little moisture all winter. If we get the indoor relative humidity up over 35%, the windows begin to sweat. Fungus just isn't as prevalent here as it is in Houston, Florida, or along the Gulf of Mexico.
