Rather annoyingly though he consistently spells Capa as Cappa throughout this book, except in the captions. So I guess his proofreader doesn't know who Capa is, and the caption researcher didn't read the text. The essay on Nick Ut's photograph of Kim Phuc is superb, and extremely interesting in the way he relates the formal elements of the picture right back to Alberti's treatise on painting.
