Hello Larry, just take a fine point permanent marker, a millimeter scale and mark your own scale on the card. To make it look pro, first mark 3-horizontal guide lines with a pencil. Use the outer lines for the centimeter mark and the top + center lines for the millimeter mark. And presto you have what you need for your macro work. Regards.
