Yes, overexposure of the red, which was inevitable against a black background, 
combined with extreme reflectivity of the paint. In a quick look around the web 
I saw that red bloom was common to every photo taken at the reveal, including 
those on Getty Images. I was able to reduce it to a great extent when I had a 
chance to render the RAW on my home computer and calibrated monitor, but it was 
not a photo friendly choice by GM. Of course they were going for maximum impact 
when the car emerged from the smoke. They got it.
