I would be very surprised, given the language I have read recently, if a full frame camera will be announced (as in deliverable very soon) but I would not be AS surprised if a pre-announcement was made. However, I think it is much more likely that we'll see a 24MP APS-C model is announced and maybe a new 645D. Those are things that were rumored prior to the last Photokina.
