it is worth noting that Pentax USA has 1.13 as latest

but notes for 1.14 "Contents of [Version 1.13] and earlier version will be also
updated." (so what does that mean? if i get the 1.13 from the USA link it will
have the 1.14 fixes? why bother with version numbers then?)
I think that's backwards. I read it as the latest version (1.14) has the
fixes from the previous version (1.13) in addition to whatever new fixes
added to it.
