Although cropped square from the Leica M9 2x3 frame, there is only a little bit of wiggle room on the right and left for the kind of change you are suggesting. Other bits appear when you do it that are more distracting. (They're less distracting if I go another way entirely and format the image to 16:9 proportions, but then the feel of the image is completely different too. ;-) I'll fool with it some.
