I am not sure, but I think it's because there is a hotmail cookie on your computer with your login name inside. I have seen this, too, and the solution was to click on the "sign in with another account" link. You don't have to log in, but clicking this link seems to delete this cookie.
But I am always looking for something better to store pictures on. Any recommendations? It has to be free of commercials and easy to use.
