Stand down everyone! It's not my picture. The horse is in a different

Very close though, though your's is better.

and the insult to injury to the person who did take it is worth noting.
bad enough they grabbed his photo, but to so clearly crop at half way through the copyright such chutzpah.

What irks me about those above and beyond that aspect of it, is the
presentation - whether or not they are public domain photos, or amateur
work submitted knowingly, or pro work submitted under common use, etc.
the stitching together the images in a single file is butt ugly in itself. PLus the superimposed text clearly not done by the original
photographer. (I can't really complain about text over photos as
I've done it myself on my own things for greeting cards and such on cafepress).

This is a silly group of images, but I know that I have seen the third
one done before, perhaps on this list:

Does anyone recognize it, claim it or know who took it?

Well spotted Dan and well remembered Anne and Darren. It's mine, taken
in Galena Illinois on our mini road trip in 2010:

That's not my watermark, so it must have been pinched by someone
previously to this. I need to think whether I should stomp about in
rage or just put it down to the risks inherent in putting images on
the web. One thing to think about is is anyone making money out of it?
The site is advert sponsored so indirectly they are. Should I claim my
fiver? Or send out a takedown order?

Thoughts anyone?
