Gelios is simply a Russian misspelling of Helios. It's common; there are many "h" words for which the Russkies substitute a G sound. My Russian mother-in-law lives with us, and it took me several months to get used to hearing "gospital" for "hospital". I suppose I should notify the seller that he's losing sales because of his spelling. But for those of you looking for other Helios lenses, try entering Gelios in your search engine; you may be surprised.
