Yeah, not saying Canadians don't have rights, just heading off any
objection that I'm trying to apply the U.S. Constitution to a story
about something that happened in Canada.

Constitution), section 2(b):
2. Everyone has the following fundamental freedoms:
(b) freedom of thought, belief, opinion and expression, including freedom of
