I was pretty excited by the rumors I saw of "APS-C with 28mm lens",
but then disappointed to learn that (as you state) it's a
28mm-equivalent lens, i.e. 18mm actual. I've never understood the
appeal of such a wide lens as a permanent fixture. If I only get one
lens, I want it to be roughly normal (35-50mm-equivalent).
