Not much more to report at the moment. Videos look horrible but it could have been much worse. I shudder to think what bigger bombs could have done. There were, of course, lots of police and medical personnel on hand at the finish line so that surely helped reduce fatalities.
I expect it will be quite a while before any more substantial information gets out. After the explosions, of course, everyone cleared out of the area and most dropped whatever they were carrying.
