First, let me say I hate Ilford MG developer. 2nd, let me say I like Edwal Ultra black. 3rd, I use Dektol. Dektol and UB are very similar...I started out using UB since it's a liquid, but one day my supplier ran out. I tried some Dektol, and didn't see any big difference, so I've stuck with it.
