Very cute. I've found that when women don't follow through on shoot arrangements, it's usually due to an objecting boyfriend or husband.
I've found it helpful to tell them up-front they can bring their boyfriend/husband along if they want to. If the boyfriend/husband shows up, put 'em to work as voice activated light stands.
