"Popular Photography" in their April issue reports Sigma stabilized
lenses and full frame later this year.  Not a big ariticle, just a
little sentence on page 22 under "What's comming in SLRs"

"Sigma expects to have image stabilized lenses by late this year and
possibly a 24x36mm sensor, interchangeable lens digital AF SLR" (of
course refering to the X3). 

It is likely that any exclusive deal is chip dependant, ie a different
chip using the technology could be manufactured for other OEMs
