The P67 600/4 is a very old design. Apart from being hugely heavy it is also notorious for chromatic aberration unless well stopped down. The P67 800/4 is the same as the 600 but bigger and is difficult to find while the 800/6.7 is pricey. The 500/5.6 can be had below $1k on a good day and is newer than the K500/4.5 so is probably the best option. I don't know anything about the 645 lenses but would expect them to be modern designs and worth looking at.
