I agree don't change anything. This is brilliant environmental portrait. If you're not thinking along theses lines already, let me put the germ of the idea in your head. With this and some of the other shots you've posted from the bar, you have the makings for a project of environmental portraits of bar staff & patrons in their environment that would look cool in a book or hanging on a gallery wall.
