My only mirrorless experience is the Fuji X-E1. If I hold it in front of my face to use the LCD on the back, I use both eyes. If I hold the EVF up to my (usually but not always) left eye, I use that one. The EVF is not really ideal for seriously fast-moving sports, but works for most everyday shots. -T
