This is a very friendly stray that hangs out at a little concessions
stand I visit regularly. I'd just bought a soft-serve ice cream cone,
but the kid at the stand wasn't too adept at making them. So, when I
walked away, all the ice cream on top of the cone just kind of fell
over. Fortunately, I caught it before it hit the ground and was able to
walk back to the stand and ask for a cup to put it in. I decided to let
her have some of what remained inside the cone -- not too much, just a
tablespoonful, if that. She was grateful.

The last time I went there, I didn't take my camera with me but decided
I had to get a shot of her. As I said, she's very friendly. But she has
an unusually loud, long meow and when I bent down to pet her on my
previous visit, she bellowed one out that left me glancing around
furtively to make sure there wasn't someone glaring at me. I mean, it
sounds for all the world like a cat sounds when you accidentally step on
its tail.
Anyway, just a little light to break up the Brewerian darkness.
