Yes I wasn't happy with that policy change. I normally upgrade every second release because I don't usually have a need for the newest features, and my money tree has been suffering a bit of a drought lately. So I'm actually glad to at least see a subscription model being made available because if I skip just one version now I'll have to pay the full price the next time.
