Yes, PSE10 Photomerge allows HDR with up to 10 images.

Open-source FREEware,  so it doesn't cost you anything (unless you choose
to make a donation &  then it's your choice how much it costs).

There's even a "Luminance HDR"  group on Flickr & it says there's one on
Facebook.
