There's going to be some shutter count, not zero, they had to fire it a
few times at the factory as a final QA. In fact AFAIK the only way they
could find out the shutter count is themselves would be to fire the
shutter and examin the resulting file's EXIF. Adorama's pretty good
about the rest of that.
