Thanks, Bob S, David, Bob W, Bruce and Derby! I was waiting for someone to walk into the frame in an appropriate position, but the blue shoes were pure luck. The program is surprisingly controversial; no one waits the bike racks in from of their apartment building or on the edge of their park. The city seems committed to getting it up and running, despite the protests.
