(With apologies to Alan Parsons Project) On my way back from a frustrating chase in Kansas on Memorial Day, 2013 I passed the site of the NEXRAD radar station that I had been following all day on my iPad (with the [great] appRadarscope.) So I decided to get a quick shot, near sundown that also serves as a sort of double self-portrait. http://www.flickr.com/photos/pixelsmithy/8866990020/ This is looking east, the direction of the storms showing orange on the iPad (where north is up). For more information on the Dual Polarization upgrade of the KUEX NEXRAD station, see http://www.crh.noaa.gov/gid/?n=radarupgrade
