Hi Alan, glad you liked it :) The event is sponsored by the local
state government, many of the high rise buildings residential and
business are illuminated either by cycling coloured lights, laser
painting or projections.

Thanks Mark, the image as presented is cropped solely to eliminate
non-image space from the render process encroaching on the image, at
this point I hadn't worked out exactly how I was going to crop the
final image. The detail is very good, not what I would have expected
from a zoom, flare resistance is quite impressive too as there are
only a few flare artifacts visible in the image, very good
considering.

Thanks Marnie, it is a great vantage spot however I wished that I had
taken a taller tripod as I didn't have sufficient elevation above the
safety railing to limit its impact on the view. And I wholeheartedly
agree it's too large to be presented as is, generally I will reduce a
pano of that sort of aspect ratio to 1600px on the long side.

Thanks Christine, glad you both liked the image, I promise that I will
take you there when you come to visit (and anyone else who finds there
way down-under too) :)

Thanks to all who were patient enough to download it for a peek.

Cheers,
