When we drive on the Left, North Americans drive on the Right. Canadians - you too Brutus - you are supposed to follow the British, like we in India did and drive on the Left. Understood the Youtube Video on why Americans drove on the Right, but cannot understand why North Americans throw the Switch Up to ON the fan or light, when we throw it Down. And Canadians - you too Brutus? Regards. Bipin - from that far away enchanting land.PS: er! stand corrected now, as we were conditioned to think Americans always wanted to do the opposite of the civilized world - represented by the British Empire of course.
It may have something to do with Canada & the USA being each others' largest trading partners.
