that is a subtle and fitting picture to reflect on their lives & deaths; we have a pretty respectable meteorologist, Mike Nelson, on our Denver TV news, who had known Samaras and covered his work, even traveled with him; he gave an extensive and emotional on-air tribute; i'm sure other sites are covering this but here's a local perspective
