We're up to three. But the differences between the K-30, K-50 and K-500
once you look past the body shell are subtle to say the least. I guess
Pentax is actually making money on the Q system.
Any guesses at what comes next? 645D K-3 Full frame? or APS-C 24mp.
I'm not going to say I'm underwhelmed. Pentax needed to differentiate
an actual entry level camera and the K-500 really looks like it's an
incredible bargain compared to the it's competition, but while I don't
think I need a 24mp DSLR, if everyone else has one Pentax needs to have
one too.
