I've been using it for a few days. It actually runs a bit faster than
LR4.  I'm happy with it.

One small feature is very nice.  When you hit the F key you get a full
screen preview of the selected image.  Like the song says, Little
things mean a lot.

Just a note, the first time you open an existing catalog it will
create a new, updated catalog for version 5.  A "-2" will be appended
to the end of the catalog name.  The installation of LR5 was quick but
my main catalog with about 30,000 photos took about an hour to
convert.  It leaves your old catalog and LR4 in place.  So when you're
happy with the new installation you clean up the old files yourself.
