At my bill paying job(day job)they use FedEx 
for the most part.When Purcolater lost a 2 
million dollar proposal we went Fed.
Canon ships my inks/paper via Purcolater and i 
have had no problems other than they leave the 
little sticker saying no one home(sorry for 
working during the day)and i have to sign the 
sticker,call them back up and redeliver without 
a signature the next day.
They charge $5.00 for the 2 trips.Can't see a 
profit in that.

Ditto to Brendan's statement. �I refuse to have 
UPS ship stuff I own or
paid for. �I have seen to much of how UPS 
handles parcels, �the company I
work for uses UPS for the bulk of their 
interoffice shipping. �My first
choice for cross border is priority post, 
second choice is Fedex
