Whenever I experience some display weirdness like this, I always assume it is in their CSS and just try a different browser. IMHO Microsoft's IE should be your *last* option. I'm using Chrome almost exclusively now, but you should also have Firefox installed. If it looks bad in one browser, (it will most likely be IE) then try one of the others to view the same content.
