Epson's Archival Matte works very well with my Epson 1200, and it's
fairly inexpensive, so it's good to practice with. Once you've nailed
your technique, buy some Ilford Fine Art paper. It's a rough matte, not
unlike watercolor paper, and it produces gorgeous prints.
