For Jack: yes that was a butterfly on the flank of Tiger # 2. I did
not realize then that butterflies and tigers were friends in the wild.

Monkey photo: must read for this monkeys very human behavior: he
jumped and grabbed the banana from the small bamboo basket containing
garlands, a coconut, some bananas, incense sticks, camphor, that the
lady was carrying as offering to the mountain top temple in Mysore.
Her son tried to shoo the monkey away. The monkey grabbed his trousers
and pretended to bite him, but he did not. The monkey repeated this
act thrice, till the boy ran away and let him eat the banana
peacefully.

The Jhatka: an ancient horse drawn mode of travel for 4-people. Will
be extinct very soon.
