It means that large MP counts in video is a waste if the frame rate is
too low. You can halve the resolution while doubling the frame rate and
have a perceived increase in resolution. That isn't true of still
photos. Oh and the current claimed High Definition standards are
bullshit. There are some nuances but that's pretty much it.
