A reasonable rule of thumb, for items that you can still buy new, is %25 - %30
off new discount price. Bundles (camera and lens) also go for less than if the
two items were sold seperatly. That lens would have had a hard time selling for
much more than $150. Mid, and high end Pentax AF lenses do not hold their value
very well. I saw a PZ-1, 70-200/2.8, 28-70/2.8 and some other stuff in one
auction only hit a price of about $1500; a small fraction of what it would cost
to replace.
