Always loved that image. Had night idea the drawing was based on a photo. It took a few decades but one can't help but think that WWII had that unintended consequence that the powers-that-be didn't anticipate: Rosie the Riveter wasn't content to be forced back in the kitchen after seeing life (and wages) on the factory floor. Not that every woman didn't want to be June Cleaver but Rosie showed 'em they had a choice.
