The APO 70-300 F4-5.6, the adaptor is the APO one designed for this lens, it allows a bit better than 1:1 at 22 inches close focus at 300mm ( according to manual ) . It is no longer made since not many people were interested in it but the Adaptor will work as a 1.6 diopter closeup lens on any 58mm thread as well.
