This is scanned from an old slide I developed myself.  I only wrote
the year, 1974, on the cardboard frame. Too bad I didn't keep better
records back then.  I could look up the date and see if there was a
lunar eclipse that night.  That embedded date in a digital file is
nice.

I shot this from the balcony of my apartment when I lived in
Albuquerque, New Mexico. it's some version of consumer Fuji slide film
developed with a kit from Rapid something-or-other.  I think I
developed about a dozen rolls of slide film before I realized my time
could be spent more productively if I wasn't cutting and mounting all
of those slides.
