A bit off topic perhaps, but I find the use of LED Video Lights very useful for fill lighting. Why, I have even used it as the main light source for photos and videos indoors - rooms normally lit by fluorescent tubes and CFL bulbs. And the cost is ridiculously cheap - see the attached link - $ 8 for my LED Video Light - uses (4) Ni-Mh batteries or the supplied AC Adapter - and the batteries last for (3) Hours if used continuously. I use it handheld or on a Hama mini tripod cum clamp. It is an awesome compliment to the in-built flash too, as it is quite bright - dispenses the need for expensive powerful flash guns mounted on the camera or away from it. I do not know why the Amazon com video lights are so expensive, as my Delhi, India made ones are so very cheap - see link for use on the Pentax K-5:-
