Because there's a 400 cubic foot concrete shrine erected over it. It's similar to the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier - The Tomb of Man's Best Friend, the Bow-Wow Takumar. It would be sacrilegious, although, if there was any day to resurrect it, today would be the day. Can I borrow your back hoe?
