Hey gang, I'm thinking about embarking into the wonderful world of Stereo Photography by using the Pentax Stereo Adapter, but I had a question or two . . . if anyone has any info, I'd appreciate it.
I'm thinking of getting a new one from B&H. Most of the ones that have come up on Ebay recently have all been incomplete (mainly no viewer). The question is basically this: There are two sizes 49mm and 52mm. Which is best to get? I have 2 50/1.7's with 49mm filters, and a 50/1.4 with a 52mm, and a 24 witha 52mm filter. Is there an adatpter that can be used with this so I could purchase the 52mm Stereo Adapter and then usean adapter on my 49mm front filter lenses? Also, is this system designed for use with just 50mm lenses, or will I be able to use my 24mm lenses too?
