I used to use small self adhesive labels. They stuck well enough, I never had one come off unintentionally, I could mark such thins as last frame used etc., if I switched firm in the middle of a roll, and were easy enough to remove when I recycled the film cassette. That way if I used different emulsions, at same time, I was rolling four different kinds for a while, I didn't make too many mistakes when processing.

Half my refrigerator is taken up right now with bulk loaded cartridges, a bulk loader & bulk rolls of film. And I didn't pay a penny for any of it. Someone who made the decision to go completely digital & never shoot film again gave it to me.

HOw do you label the bulk loaded cartridges? I was thinking of just writing the film type and speed on the leader with a sharpie.
