If its under the filter all they can do is replace the sensor. My older K-7 has two spots under the filter. I opted to just replace the camera vs sending it in. Replacing the sensor is about $400 FWIW. That spot is small and lower in the frame. I wouldn't worry about it too much. You probably won't even notice it unless its against a solid background or sky. As a side note, I believe rocket blowers are to blame for forcing dust under the filter. That is almost certainly how I got the 2nd piece of dust under mine. I rarely use the blower anymore and when I do, it is only small little puffs. Eventually I would like to get the pentax sensor cleaning kit that is basically a sticky pad. I hear even leica uses the same kind of kit.
