In a few minutes I'll be heading off to work for the NCAA Championship Basketball game. (yes, I know it's 8am and the game isn't until 9PM but...) Unfortunately, I'm not taking pictures for a living so I can't really shoot any of the action. I'm restricted to doing my "real" job :( It's certainly a digi-fest though. LOTS of Nikon D cameras with some Cannons mixed in there as well. Bob Rasato (?) from Sports Illustrated told me they are mostly shooting ISO 200 Fuji at about F8 in their 35mm cameras. They have several more cameras shooting the events than pictures that will end up in the mag. Something like 35 cameras are set-up around the building just for SI! We even provided a guy to rappel down from the catwalk into the scoreboard to change film in an overhead camera after Saturday's games. It's truly a gear-geek's funhouse, even if you couldn't care less about Basketball... Well, I have to get going (I'm late)
Cory Waters will be glad when it's all over. - This message is from the Pentax-Discuss Mail List. To unsubscribe, go to http://www.pdml.net and follow the directions. Don't forget to visit the Pentax Users' Gallery at http://pug.komkon.org .
