CLA = Clean, Lubricate, Adjust. Even though the camera may seem to work well, and not exhibit any signs of a sticky mirror, lubricants dry out and age, rubber looses it's flexibility, the seals and foam may be starting to deteriorate, so getting these things looked after now, before something obviously goes awry, is your best long-term investment. Have the film transport checked as older LX bodies sometimes suffer from uneven frame spacing, which, in time, can get worse. Have the metering system checked too. Call it preventive maintenance.
