A similar thing happened with the Pentax Q 1.11 firmware update
although, in that case, the subsequent 1.12 update fixed the problem
with no need to contact a service centre.
Needless to say I'm yet to install the new 1.13 update. I haven't
heard of any issues but I'll wait a bit longer.
