Thanks, Alan! Yes, they do go all out to make interesting and attractive balloons. There are new ones every year. Last year there was a man in a space suit, and a huge green dragon, although the dragon never got more than 100 feet off the ground, and remained tethered, as it was difficult to control.
I have take rides in hot air balloons in the past, but not on this occasion.
